1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services
We agree to perform the cleaning services as agreed upon. The specific services to be performed will be outlined in a service agreement or estimate provided to you before any work begins.
3. Payments and Cancellation
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. If you need to cancel or reshedule a service, we request at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
4. Liability
While we take extreme care during our cleaning process, accidents can occasionally happen. We carry liability insurance for damages resulting directly from our negligence.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
